Weds Delivery - Order by Mon 3pm For Delivery- Weds 7am - Noon
Sat Delivery - Order by Tues - Thurs 3pm For Delivery - Sat 7am - Noon
*Please contact us if you would like a delivery to an area outside of
the current locations that aren't specifically listed as a
delivery charge may apply.
Public and bank holidays may affect delivery schedules.

We are available for both telephone enquiries and orders
between the following hours:
MONDAY - FRIDAY 08:00AM - 06:00PM
SATURDAY 08:00 - NOON
SUNDAY CLOSED

Order comments at checkout
Going to be out? Please leave details on check out page on where
your order can be safely left; this may be an alternative address within
our current locations* or in a secure safe place.
However, we cannot accept any responsibility should there be any
issues with the products if left unattended;
prepayment will be required to fulfil this delivery option.
We will aim to give you an hour delivery slot the day before, we are
local so there should not be any issues getting your delicious order
to your door but will of course call if delayed.
There may be times when part or all of an order cannot be fulfilled due
to the baking process, in which case we will contact you for an
alternative product replacement or provide full or part refund
if payment has already been made.
BULK ORDERS
We can provide bulk orders for weddings, BBQs, parties, baby showers
and all your event needs. Please contact us for discounted rates.
PAYMENTS & MINIMUM £10 ORDER POLICY
Before checkout, please ensure that your order is £10 and over as we
will not be able to fulfil your order.
If you proceed below the minimum order we will refund you minus our transaction fee of 1.9% + 24p of the total payment made.
We accept all major payment cards via our online store, plus the
option to pay on delivery by selecting 'Manual Payment'
when you checkout. On delivery we accept cash or by card
using contactless or swipe with all major credit cards plus
Google, Apple and Samsung pay.
Checkout Page - Entering your address
Please be aware that when entering your customer address the website
uses google to complete your address details and will continue to
locate and populate your address as you continue to enter it.
If you have a shortened address then please enter you property
house number or name into 'address line 1' and complete the remainder of your address in 'Address Line 2'.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause whilst
we await a resolution to the problem by the internet provider.
